Delivery & Returns

Orders are printed once a week on a Friday (excluding public holidays whereby orders will be printed the next available working day) with a cut off time of 1pm (GMT) and after receipt of full payment. Your order/package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects and your items are well packaged and protected.

*Please note that deliveries to PA postcodes in Scotland will take longer to arrive and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Deliveries to some of the following Scottish postcodes (AB, FK, G83, IV, PA, PH, DD) can take an extra 2 to 5 days.

Marathon Maps reserve the right to cancel your order if outside of our delivery radius. A full refund will be given in these circumstances.

Damaged Goods

Please check your order upon delivery, if your order arrives damaged please refuse the delivery and contact Marathon Maps (01603 568755) as soon as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order for damage before signing/receiving goods as Marathon Maps are unable to refund for damaged orders that have been signed for/taken delivery of.

Returns

Artwork designed by Marathon Maps will be emailed to the customer to proof and confirm printing. Once artwork designed by Marathon Maps has been approved by the customer, due to the nature of our product we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund unless your order is faulty or not to specification. Please contact Marathon Maps (01603 568755) detailing any issues you have.
